6. Operation & Rules
6.1 Participation Rules
Entry Fee: Each draw entry costs $1, with participants allowed to contribute up to $1,000 per draw.
Reward Distribution: For every $1 entry, participants receive 10 RLT tokens as a reward.
Eligibility: Anyone with access to the BNB Smart Chain and a compatible wallet can participate, ensuring global accessibility.
6.2 Draw Contracts & Probabilities
RandomLotto offers four different smart contract structures to provide flexible participation models:
1,000 Participants Contract – lower probability of winning, but higher overall prize pool.
100 Participants Contract – balanced probability-to-reward ratio.
10 Participants Contract – higher probability, moderate rewards.
1 Winner Contract – jackpot-style, where one participant claims the entire pool.
Each contract is executed via smart contracts, ensuring randomness and fairness without centralized intervention.
6.3 Fee Structure
Fees are applied to ensure ecosystem sustainability and exchange support:
General Draws: A flat 10% fee is deducted from the total prize pool before distribution to winners.
RLT-exclusive Draws: A higher 20% fee is applied, designed to strengthen the token economy. This fee is subsequently burned, reducing total supply.
6.4 Fund Allocation from Fees
Fees collected serve multiple ecosystem purposes:
Exchange Listings: Supporting RLT listing on centralized and decentralized exchanges.
Liquidity Provision: Ensuring healthy trading activity and stable markets.
Operational Costs: Covering transaction fees on BNB Smart Chain and ongoing maintenance.
Token Burn (RLT-exclusive draws): Enforcing a deflationary model through permanent supply reduction.
6.5 Seasonal Operation
RandomLotto operates on a seasonal basis, where each “season” represents a cycle of scheduled draws.
Seasonal structures may include special promotional draws, increased rewards, or unique contract variations.
This approach keeps the platform dynamic, ensures consistent community engagement, and prevents monotony.
6.6 Transparency & Verification
All participation entries, prize pools, fee deductions, and winner selections are recorded on-chain.
Users can independently verify outcomes without relying on centralized reporting.
Smart contract addresses are publicly available, ensuring full auditability.
